BFF Technical Fabrics – David Lamb – Chairman

I, and a number of local business leaders invited Wendy to join us as Project Manager for an Environmental Exhibition.  From a standstill start, within 10 weeks we put on this exhibition, which was attended by 300 people.  Against this tight deadline Wendy tirelessly coerced, co-opted and cooperated with a wide group of people to participate in this event.  She is highly professional, self-motivated and energetic.  She is always happy, with a “can do” approach.  It is unlikely that this event would have made its deadline without Wendy’s involvement.

Blackmore Farm – Ian Dyer - Proprietor
Wendy was a key contributor to the expansion of our Farm Shop Increasing our profile and promoting our products and services.  The higher footfall into the shop premises increased sales.  Our local profile continued to grow with attendance at local events and farmers markets.  The introduction of ‘Local produce Gift Hampers’, ‘on-line customer newsletters’ and ‘Aga Cookery Days’ have been particularly successful.   On the ground practical hands on support was given to our new tenants.     Wendy fully achieved all we had asked and more.

Hippychick Ltd – Julia Minchin - Director
Wendy has made an important contribution to the development of our 5yr business plan.  Working as part of the Management Team she has successfully implemented a range of projects on time and within budget.  This has included administration of Health and Safety, Human Resources and a general review of our business processes.  The upgrading and re-organisation of our warehouse and office has improved workflow and the general working environment for all of the Hippychick team.  Assisting with the recruitment of key staff has ensured the right people were in place at the right time.  The monitoring of fixed costs has identified savings for the business.  Wendy continues to make a valuable contribution to Hippychick Ltd.
